The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without any warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that an order will be executed at a given time, price or block.

The Solana network, RPC providers, pump.fun, exchanges and Telegram are third-party services that we do not control. Their outages, delays or changes may affect how the Service works.

Nothing on this website or in the bot is financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

We make no promise of profits or results of any kind. Memecoins are extremely volatile and you can lose 100% of the capital you use.

You alone are responsible for your wallets, private keys, funds and settings, and for every transaction executed through the bot on your instructions.

Keep your private keys safe and never share them. We are not liable for losses caused by your configuration, market movements, network congestion or third-party failures.

Access to the Service is sold for a single payment, made on-chain directly on Telegram. The current price is shown on Telegram before you pay. There is no subscription and nothing to renew.

"Lifetime access" means access for as long as the Service is operated. Your access is linked to the Telegram account used for the purchase. Transfer of access: access is personal and cannot be transferred, resold or shared.

On-chain payments are irreversible. Refunds: no refunds are possible.

You agree not to use the Service for illegal purposes, and not to try to disrupt, copy or reverse-engineer it.

You must be of legal age and allowed to use crypto-asset services in your country. We may suspend or end access in case of abuse or breach of these terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for access to the Service.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version, and continuing to use the Service means you accept it.
